My bosses wife gave me a couple of these from her garden. What is it and how do I eat?

I have no idea, but you need to wash your hands first.

Cut in half. Scrape out seeds. Salt and pepper place face down on a cookie sheet and bake (350) until tender. Once tender top with butter and eat. (from Mrs. Spaceball)

That grease found a way to become permanently part of my skin... Believe me I've tried to get it out. I used a wire brush for fucks sake! If anyone can recommend a fix for that as well I wouldn't be offended.

This or lava soap? Not sure how to help but my dad uses lava soap and orange pumice cleaner and he has no stains on his hands.

Either a yellow cultivar of Acorn squash or a round variety of Yellow squash. Spaceball has the cooking directions down.

Obviously not because that shit can scrub a kettle white.

I prefer the less liquidy stuff that you have to scoop out of the container.
